At Mannys Music, we want to ensure your setup is perfect; if your new keyboard or synthesizer doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Shop Keyboards account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your gear in its original manufacturer box, including all manuals, power cables, and software licenses, then place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding.
Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
